How Microgaff works

giffgaff do not offer Micro SIMs themselves due to the cost of production, which is why we created Microgaff, the community powered Micro SIM dispatch system. When a member orders a Micro SIM on Microgaff, a randomly selected member will be sending you a SIM with free £5 credit after your first top-up.

Your personal data will only be used for the SIM request and notification emails. 7 days after your SIM has been sent, your personal details will be deleted from Microgaff's database.

For those who are already on giffgaff:
It is not possible to transfer your existing phone number and account to a Micro SIM. Order a Micro SIM if you would like to create a new account (i.e. for an iPad account) or cut and shape your current SIM into a Micro SIM if you want to keep your account details. More on resizing your SIM.
